Sgt Jack H. Lewis graduated from Skaneateles High School in 1938. He was employed at Sears, Roebuck & Company as manager of the sporting goods department.He enlisted at Fort Niagara, New York on 12 March 1942 and was sent overseas on 6 June 1944.
