Pfc Percival A. Moulton attended high school for four years and was a mechanic and repairman before he enlisted at Camp Blanding, Florida on 26 October 1943.

He was killed by artillery shell fragments.

He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Limey, France.
