Pfc Jack W. Falk attended high school for four years and was employed at the Louisville Gas and Electric Company.He enlisted in Louisville, Kentucky on 19 July 1943 and was sent overseas in January 1944.
He was killed by small arms fire.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Andilly, France.
