More information

Pfc Henry H. Mosley was a chauffeur before he enlisted at Fort Bragg, North Carolina on 26 July 1944.

Reports indicate that he was part of a group of twelve men of C Company who were in an assault boat which was crossing the Roer river. The craft was subjected to enemy machine gun fire, which caused it to sink.
