Pvt Emilio C. Laquidara enlisted in New York City, New York on 2 November 1943.He was a bartender before he enlisted. Both his parents were born in Italy.
His remains were found in Downerberg, Germany on September 17th, 1944. He was MIA since August 13th, 1944. He probably was taken as a prisoner of war in the Joue-du-Bois area (Ranes-Fromentel battle) and was later shot to death in Germany. His cause of death was GSW (Gun Shot Wound).
