Pvt George V. Neill was a mechanic with the Curtiss-Wright Corp.He enlisted at Fort Dix, New Jersey on 27 June 1944 and trained at Camp Croft, South Carolina, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland and Camp Shanks, New York.
He was overseas for only two months when he was killed.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery of Foy, Belgium.
