T/3 Francis G. Harris attended the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy graduating in 1939.While stationed in Liège the 15th General Hospital was working out of a former Belgian Military Hospital on top of a hill overlooking the city. On the morning after Thanksgiving, the 15th was to awake to a V-1 flying bomb (buzz bomb). It landed in front of the Pharmacy building and Francis was one of sixteen killed.
T/3 Harris first buried at Temporary American Military Cemetery Fosse, Belgium Block C, Row 4, Grave 62.
