Pfc George Schubert Jr. was employed by American Steel Foundry.He enlisted at Camp Perry Lacarne, Ohio on 20 March 1943.
His brother Elmer is also buried at Margraten Cemetery
He was killed by 57mm anti-tank gun fire, together with Hansen and Jacks at 07.10 hrs.
