Pfc Norman E. Allen was employed by the Continental Diamond Fibre Company.He enlisted in Baltimore, Maryland on 20 August 1943.
He was killed instantly when struck by an enemy artillery shell.
He is remembered at the Silverbrook Cemetery and Memorial Park in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware.
