Pfc Charles H. Pippett worked for the New York Shipbuilding Corporation in Camden before he enlisted in Camden, New Jersey on 26 November 1943.He was killed when the jeep he was riding in overturned.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Grand Failly, France.
