Pfc Nelson K. Moore graduated from Albany High School and attended Cazenovia Seminary and St Lawrence University. He was employed with his father in the dental supply business.He enlisted in Albany, New York on 7 May 1942 and arrived overseas in October, 1944.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Grand Failly, France.
