Pvt John C. Neves enlisted in Boston, Massachusetts on 25 August 1942 and was sent overseas 23 April 1944.He was killed artillery shell fragments in his shoulder.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Saint-Juan, France.
