T/5 Earl R. Hunt Jr. attended college for one year before he joined the U.S. Army Reserve in Farmville, Virginia on 20 November 1942. He was sent overseas in September 1944.He is also remembered at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Norfolk City, Virginia.
