1st Sgt John P. Kneale enlisted in Camp Grant, Illinois on 25 March 1942.John Percival Kneale, also know as Jack, worked in the Brass & Coppe annealer industry. He immigrated to Port Huron, Michigan on 8 September 1930 on the vessel C.N.R.R. and became a U.S. citizen in February 1939.
Member of the 2nd Battalion, 401st GIR which served as the 3rd Battalion of the 325th GIR, 82nd Airborne Division.
