Pvt Samuel Levy enlisted on 17 November 1943, and trained at Fort McClellan, Alabama, and Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, and was stationed at Camp Kilmer. He was sent overseas in April 1944.He was killed by enemy machine gun fire.
