Pvt Irvin W. Culler was in the coal industry with his father in Frederick, Maryland.He enlisted in Baltimore, Maryland on 21 October 1943.
On 24 September, A Company was engaged in supporting a friendly tank force in an attack on Wijbosch, the Netherlands. Great enemy opposition was extented against the Company and casualties were suffered. A field investigation in 1950 in the towns of Wijbosch and Schijndel failed to locate his remains.
