Sgt Harold W. Johnson was a graduate from Garfield High School and was employed as an instructor of machinery and woodworking with the National Youth Administration. He was a member of Seattle Aerie No. 1, Eagles. He enlisted in Seattle, Washington on 19 March 1943.He was overseas since November 1944 and trained at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
