Pvt Percy J. Webre would go to battle in the European Theatre of Operations and fought in Southern France during operation Dragoon and in the Belgian Ardennes. Percy got wounded in action during the battle for Sadzot, a small town near Erezée, Belgium, on 28 December 1944, during the Battle of the Bulge.
