Leonard Stevens worked on a farm.

He enlisted in Huntington, West Virginia on 13 July 1943.

Pfc Stevens was initially buried in a temporary grave at Margraten on 12 February 1945. After the Cemetery was given a permanent status, he was given his final resting place on 18 January 1949.
