Sgt Paul C. Matthews graduated from Madison High School in 1941 and was employed at Eastman Kodak Cambria Works.

His brother, Lt Charles Matthews, also served overseas.

The last message received by his mother was in February. Sgt Paul Matthews, killed in action in Belgium. Death notice was printed last week.
