T/5 Robert H. Kurz was a driver at Youngstown Sheet and Tube before he enlisted in Cleveland, Ohio on 29 October 1941.He was killed when his tank destroyer was hit by an artillery shell.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Grand-Failly, France.
