William Craig was a construction painter.He enlisted at Camp Shelby, Mississippi on 6 February 1942.
Cpl Craig was accidentally shot in the chest.
He was intially buried in a Temporary grave at Henri-Chapelle on 31 October 1944 and was given his final resting place on 23 July 1949.
