Pvt Oliver Sellers attended high school for 3 years and was a laboratory technician. He enlisted in Greensburg, Pennsylvania on 11 June 1943.He died from a penetrating wound in the abdomen.
His remains were disinterred from an isolated grave, in front of a house in Rodt, west of Sankt Vith, Belgium on 10 March 1945.
He was initially buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery of Foy, Belgium on 15 March 1945. After being distinterred on 13 September 1948, he was given his final resting place at Henri-Chapelle in October 1948.
