T/Sgt John O. Quinn attended college for one year before he enlisted in Cleveland, Ohio on 26 January 1943.He was reported wounded in action to the effects of artillery shell fragments on 20 December 1944 and died in a hospital the same day.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Limey, France.
