T/4 Clois Mabry worked at his brothers farm before he enlisted at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri on 10 December 1942. He was sent overseas in May 1944.

On 18 November 1944, two tanks day C Company were lost when they hit mines. Most likely T/4 Mabry was one of the casualties.
