Pvt Theodore E. Kulak graduated from Lincoln High School and was a sales clerk at a company that produced soda fountains.He joined the Regular Army at Fort Hayes, Columbus Ohio on 21 October 1940.
He was killed by small arms fire in the thorax and abdomen.
