Pvt Wilfred A. Cote was employed at the Ford Motor Company before he enlisted at Fort Custer, Michigan on 1 April 1942.He was killed by artillery shell fragments in his leg and shoulder.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Limey, France.
