More information

Put Donald C. Weaver was killed in the night of 18/19 September 1944 by enemy artilery fire when he was laying mines in front of the position of A Company.

His squad leader personally pulled Weaver's body out of the foxhole he was in.

He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery of Molenhoek, the Netherlands.
