Pvt Angelo A. Eso was employed at the Pesth Amboy Coat Factory before he enlisted in Newark, New Jersey on 22 April 1943.

While the regiment was on rest and recreation in Sissonne, France he was killed by small arms fire in his chest.

He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Champigneul, France.
