Pfc Edward L. Ogden graduated from Wilmington High School and had been employed at the Pusey and Jones Corporation.He enlisted in Camden, New Jersey on 19 January 1944. He received training at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, and at Macon, Georgia.
He had been overseas about six months when he was reported killed in action.
