Pvt Malcolm H. Swindle worked on a dairy farm in Florida.He enlisted at Fort McClellan, Alabama on 21 October 1943 and trained at Camp Wheeler, Georgia and Fort Meade, Maryland. He was sent overseas in June 1944.
At the time of his death his brother Williams served with the Navy in the South Pacific.
