John R. Fulton Jr. attended Bronxville High School.

He enlisted in New York City, New York on 22 July 1943.

Pfc Fulton was severely wounded in action in the vicinity of Echternach, Luxembourg and was evacuated to the 110th Evacuation Hospital on 20 October and died of wounds on 24 October 1944.
