Pfc Keith B. Fox enlisted in Salt Lake City, Utah on 2 November 1942.

He resided with his aunt and uncle Mr. and Mrs. Harry Roth, Tooele, for a number of years. His parents were deceased. He trained at several army camps throughout the U.S. untill assigned overseas.
