Pfc Louis V. Connolly enlisted in Rutland, Vermont on 31 October 1942.He was killed by shrapnel in the left leg.
He was initially buried in a temporary grave at Henri-Chapelle on 8 March 1945. After being disinterred and after the cemetery was given a permanent status, he was given his final resting place on 23 August 1948.
