James M. Connis enlisted on 10 June 1944.He died of 3rd degree burns all over his body.
He was initially buried in a temporary grave at Henri-Chapelle on 2 March 1945. After being disinterred and after the cemetery was given a permanent status, he was given his final resting place in June 1948.
